Cadillac - Côtes de Bordeaux

This 15ha family vineyard, situated on the east side of the Garonne river, perpetuates traditions of excellence, as le Féret noted as early as 1874. The terroir of clay-limestone hills is planted with noble grape varieties : Sémillon and Sauvignon for white wines, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet-Sauvignon for red wines.

Vintages for sale

Red wines account for 13ha and produce 65 barrels, a yield of 45hl per hectare.
White wines account for 2ha and produce 6 barrels, a yield of 27hl per hectare.
The clay-limestone soil is south-facing and we apply reasoned agriculture.

This 2012 red Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux Cuvée Tradition is produced with care and aged in oak casks. It offers persistent aromas of ripe red fruit, with notes of cinnamon. A great vintage, well structured, full-bodied, round and fleshy, which combines distinction and richness, with ripe tannins and notes of redcurrant.

This lovely 2013 white Côtes de Bordeaux boasts aromas of ripe citrus fruit and flower, a charming , round and fine wine.
