2011 cuvée Désir Sauternes : lovely aromatic concentration, charming palate with notes of ripe apricot and acacia honey, long finish typical of this beautiful vintage.
2009 vintage : subtle, lengthy, with clear notes of toast, brioche and candied fruit. Both dense and elegant, a fine wine for laying down.
2014 Sauternes : dominance of white flowers and brioche, great length, dense both on the nose and palate.
2013 vintage : supple yet lengthy on the palate, with nuances of candied apricot both on the nose and palate.
2011 vintage : excellent and very smooth wine with subtle aromas, with notes of candied yellow fruit.
2010 : lovely vintage, Silver medal at the Bordeaux 2011 wine fair, powerful, all about freshness and fruit. A fine and velvety wine, which rich nose boasts notes of toast and macerated fruit.
