Cuvée Millésime 2012

This family vineyard, handed down from father to daughter, is located at the heart of the Côte des Bar.
The Moyat-Jaury family gave birth to the vineyard and of course, it has kept on evolving with the creation of vintages as soon as Laurent joined in, hence the double-barrelled of our champagne : Moyat-Jaury-Guilbaud. A gite is available.

Vintages for sale

The 2012 Extra Brut Millesime, made exclusively from Pinot Noir, has a bright gold colour, a fine and light bead of foam giving an elegant froth, and a subtle fizzling.
Its scented nose has a fine bouquet, and on the palate you will find aromas of citrus and lily. I invite you to discover this wine and identify its sensory features with family and friends .
This vintage is ideal for aperitif and shows great personality and character, particularly alongside dishes rich in flavour. This matching is then taken to a whole new dimension, offering wonderful taste sensations.
This vintage was awarded Gold Medal at the 2017 Féminalise international competition.

The Tradition Brut vintage, made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, has a gold colour, light and fine bubbles with a frank generous froth.
Its intense nose reveals the harmony of the blend.
On the palate, you will fin the various aromas of the vines, hazelnut, yellow peach and honey, an invitation to share good times with people, during receptions, ceremonies etc... served with amuse-bouche.

The Tradition Demi-Sec vintage, made from 70% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, with a dosage in expedition liqueur of 34g/litre, has a gold colour, light and fine bubbles with a generous froth.
Its intense nose reveals the harmony of the blend.
On the palate, you will fin the various aromas of the vines, a smooth and unctuous character that will ideally match foie gras, Peking duck, quail with grapes and honey sauce or sweet desserts.

The Blanc de Blancs Brut vintage, made exclusively from Chardonnay.
Presented in a transparent bottle to reveal a brilliant gold colour.
The cord of light and fine bubbles creates an elegant froth and lively sparkling.
The nose is scented with white flower, acacia, wild peach, which reveal all the qualities of Chardonnay.
On the palate, you will find the slightly lemony citrus aromas typical of the vine, and notes of brioche on the finish. I invite you to discover this wine and identify its sensory features with family and friends .

This vintage is ideal for aperitif and offer great harmony with seafood, such as scallop carpaccio. This matching is then taken to a whole new dimension, offering wonderful taste sensations.





The Rosé Brut vintage is made from 100% Pinot Noir and elaborated with the pellicular maceration method known as « de saignée ».
It has a salmon pink hue and a lively cord of bubbles creating a generous froth.
The scented nose fully reveals all the qualities of Pinot Noir, with notes of red fruit, blackcurrant and raspberry, deriving from the pellicular maceration.
On the palate, you can find the powerful aromas of the vine.
