Champagne Henri GOUTORBE, a family company, and is situated in Aÿ, village in the heart of the Champagne region, 3 km from Epernay. They moved from nursery gardening in to champagne production. This family has been producing champagne since the begining of the last century. Emile Goutorbe was already a nursery gardener when his son Henri was born in A ÿ in 1922. |

Brut Champagne Slept off Premier Cru Prestige, full of flavour, Pinot noir (75 %) completed by the Chardonnay, is characteristic of the aromatic power of its majority vine, a round and powerful, vinous but fine, strong and fruity, balanced wine. |

The domain exploits a standing surface of vineyards about 22 hectares. |
Soil and exposure |
The terroir that the domain champagne H Goutorbe essentially consists, in more or less big and scattered quantities, of limestone and chalky soil. |
Grape Variety |
L'encépagement se compose de Chardonnay blanc, de Meunier noir et de Pinot noir. |
Winemaking |
After a slow pressing each grape from the different terroir is stainless tanks before blending. The second fermentation of champagne wines is completed in bottles witch are kept in our old cellars at least three years on the lees. |
Characteristics |
The aromatic strenght of its majority of its grape-variety makes it a powerful, vinous but fine, strong and fruity, well-balanced and round wine. |
