Vintages for sale |
2014 : Beautiful ruby-coloured wine. An impressive freshness on the nose with spices melted with fresh red fruits and a note of vanilla due to its ageing in oak barrels. Its mouth is fine, elegant and structured. Freshness dominates enhanced by fantastic tannins with insure a good ageing potential. This wine can be cellared for a few years or be served during its youth. |
Vineyard |
The property has now 18.35 hectares : almost 16 in red and about 2.5 in white. The vines have an average age of 20 to 25 years. |

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc et Petit Verdot. |
Winemaking |
The vinification process is done in stainless steel vats with temperature control, pre-fermentation maceration and “micro-bullage”. The wine is aged in oak barrels during 12 months. One third of the barrels are renewed each year. |

Goes perfectly with red meats, grilled meats, game and farm cheeses. |
